To return or exchange an item – please follow these simple steps
1. Log into your account
2. Select your order from your account list and submit a refund or exchange request.
3. We will send you detailed return/exchange instructions and we will assign a PearlsOnly Customer Care Specialist to follow your return / exchange.
We will expedite return inspection to ensure the fastest refunds and exchanges.
Exchanged or returned items must be received within this 90 day period. Please note that any pearl jewelry returned showing signs of wear, alteration or damage in any way cannot be accepted. |
